Backing for cattle farmers

The Rural Development associations and Enkarterre are working on this project to offer consumers a different kind of meat, reducing production costs for the farmer. The project may represent important backing for cattle farmers in two aspects: a reduction in the cost of feed and the possibility of offering quality, special and different meat.
