Sei hilabete luzapena, interesik gabe, norberaren konturako enpresentzat eta langileentzat, Gizarte Segurantzako edozein araubidetan egonik, hala eskatzen badute eta Inklusio, Gizarte Segurantza eta Migrazioen Ministerioaren Aginduaren bidez ezarriko diren betekizunak eta baldintzak betetzen badituzte, Ekonomia Gaietarako Gobernuaren Batzorde Ordezkariaren aurretiazko akordioa izanik. Luzapenak, onartzen den kasuetan, Gizarte Segurantzako kotizazioen eta diru bilketa bateratuko kontzeptuen ordainketari eragingo dio, eta horien sortzapen aldia, enpresei dagokienez, 2020ko apiriletik ekainera artekoa izango da, eta norberaren konturako langileen kasuan, 2020ko maiatzetik uztailera artekoa, betiere egiten dituzten jarduerak ez badira eten 463/2020 Errege Dekretuak, martxoaren 14koak, deklaratutako alarma egoeraren ondorioz.
