Eusko Jaurlaritzak, Basque Culinary Centerrekin elkarlanean, sortutako eta banatutako sari orokor bakarra da, ekimen eraldatzaileak dituzten sukaldariei aitorpen bat eskaintzen diena, eta horren bidez, nolabait ere, agerian utzi nahi da gastronomia aldaketarako motor bihur daitekeela berrikuntzaren, hezkuntzaren, ingurumenaren, garapen sozial edo ekonomikoaren eta osasunaren arloan, edo, oro har, eragin positiboa izan dezakeela gizartean.
