Objetive
Aid for the restructuring and recovery of companies in difficulty. The implementation of restructuring and relaunching measures of an industrial and financial nature included in restructuring plans prepared by companies in crisis aimed at restoring their medium and long-term viability will be promoted.
The costs derived from the implementation of the measures included in the plans submitted are considered eligible.
Targeting
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that comply with the characteristic of being industrial SMEs in the extractive, transforming, productive, technical services (linked to the product-process) related to the above and those in the field of the information and communications society and that are in a situation of crisis and have a center of activity in the CAPV (Autonomous Community of the Basque Country).
Description
Bideratu Berria offers you:
- Financing up to 0.6M € and up to 50% of the cost of the restructuring plan.
Consolidate your company that is still competitive but is suffering the consequences of the crisis. - Reorganize and rationalize your company’s activities to make them profitable.
- Analyze loss-making activities to study their reformulation, reduction or abandonment.
The costs derived from the implementation of the measures included in the restructuring and relaunching plan, which must comply with these conditions, are considered eligible:
- The duration of the measures contemplated in the plan must be as short as possible and must allow the company’s viability to be restored within a reasonable period.
- The improvement in viability must result from the internal measures contained in the restructuring plan. Only external factors that are generally recognized are admissible.
- The circumstances that have generated the difficulties must be analyzed, with optimistic, pessimistic and intermediate hypotheses, and taking into account the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
