Objetive

Drive improved competitiveness for Basque companies by supporting the application and implementation of Advanced Management methodologies, tools and principles, by means of an initial contrast and carrying out pilot and/or consolidation projects.

Targeting

  • Companies who conduct industrial extraction, transformation and production activities, or technical services related to the productive process for the aforementioned, and within the scope of the information society and communications.
  • Requirements: Company with at least 5 jobs (SPRI will consider companies with at least 50 jobs, and the Provincial Councils of Araba, Biscay and Gipuzkoa, companies between 5 and 49 jobs).

Description

Non-refundable subsidy.

The grant lines and purpose of the grant for each line are:

  • Initial contrast: A positioning contrast in comparison with the Advanced Management Model conducted by the company in collaboration with EUSKALIT. Free.
  • Pilot Projects: Projects for practical application of Advanced Management methodologies, subject to training. Subsidy for 60 to 70% of the modules.
  • Consolidation projects: Projects to implement and adopt Advanced Management tools and methods. Subsidy for 60% of external auditing costs.

Maximum grant: 12,000€ for companies with 5 to 49 jobs (according to P.C.) and 25,000€ per project for companies with 50 jobs or more.

This programme is conducted along with the Provincial Councils of Araba, Biscay and Gipuzkoa, in collaboration with EUSKALIT.
