Leader Programa – Enpreseak sortu, handitu eta modernizatzeko inbertsioetarako laguntzak
Objetive
Bigarren eta hirugarren sektoreetako edozein motatako mikroenpresak, enpresa txikiak eta ertainak sortzeko, handitzeko eta modernizatzeko inbertsioak babestea: a) Nekazaritzakoak ez diren jardueretarako dibertsifikazio-jarduerak ustiategietan, jarduketa horiei ekonomikoki eusten eta LEADER eremuko enpleguari eusten edo enplegua ugaltzen laguntzeko; b) LEADER eremuko mikroenpresak, enpresa txikiak eta ertainak sortu, handitu eta modernizatzeko jarduketak.

- Nekazaritzakoak ez diren mikroenpresak, enpresa txikiak eta ertainak;

Description
Dirulaguntza hau ezin da itzuli.
Handitze ekintzatzat hartuko dira lehendik dauden ekoizpen- edo zerbitzu-unitateen gehikuntza edo ekoizpen- edo negozio-lerro berri bat dakarten jarduerak. Modernizatze ekintzatzat joko dira produktuetan, prozesuetan, zerbitzuetan edo negozio-ereduetan irtenbide teknologiko berritzaileak jasotzen dituzten jarduerak. Ez da diruz lagundu daitezkeen kontzeptuak birjartzeko edo ordezteko inbertsiorik egingo .
Hauek dira diruz lagun daitezkeen kostuak:
- ondasun higiezinak erostea; eraikitzea edo birgaitzea.
- urbanizatzea eta lotutako beste azpiegitura batzuk.
- finantza-erosketa edo -alokairua, makinak eta ekipoak erosteko aukerarekin.
- kostu orokor jakin batzuk.
- ekipo informatikoak eskuratzea edo garatzea
- an propioak (gehie. %20 proiektuko)
- bigarren eskuko makinen eta ekipoen erosketa jakin batzuk.
- BEZ berreskuraezina.
- anabesak, altzariak, etab..
Diruz lagundu daitekeen gutxieneko inbertsioa 5.000 €-koa izango da.
Zenbatekoa: Diruz lagundu daitezkeen kostuen %31 eta %50 bitartean (minimis erregelamendua); gehie. 200.000 €.
