Objetive
2020ko ekitaldian gauzatzeko baimendutako inbertsioen in situ ziurtagiria eskatzen da egindako inbertsioak ordaindu aurretik, eta, 4. apartatuko programetan jasotako laguntza-ildo batzuetan, ziurtagiri horren ordez, erantzukizunpeko adierazpena aurkeztu beharko da, alerta-egoeraren adierazpenaren ondorioz emandako neurriak indarrean dauden bitartean.
Inguruabarrek horretarako modua ematen dutenean, egiaztapena in situ egingo da, eta erantzukizunpeko adierazpenarekin alderatuko da.

Description
Honako hauek izango dira aurreratutako aparteko ordainketa jaso ahal izango duten programak: Lehiatu Berria programa; Ardoinb programa; Ardoaren MAEern Inbertsio Programa; Gastrobikain Programa; Partaidetzazko toki-garapenaren estrategiaren (PTGE) babespeko proiektuetarako laguntzen oinarri arautzaileak ezartzen dituena. Estrategia hori arrantza-sektoreko toki-ekintzako taldeak (ATET) onetsi du, arrantza-eremuen garapen jasangarrirako, Europako 2014-2020 aldirako Itsaso eta Arrantzako Europako Funtsaren (IAEF) esparruan; Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko arrantzaren eta akuikulturaren sektorerako 2017ko dirulaguntzetarako deialdiaren oinarriak; Erein Pribatuak; Erein Publikoak; Itsaspen programa; LEADER).
