{"id":4719,"date":"2021-11-07T14:33:08","date_gmt":"2021-11-07T13:33:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onekin.eus\/experiencias\/euskal-okela-beef-blockchain\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T10:30:21","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T09:30:21","slug":"euskal-okela-beef-blockchain","status":"publish","type":"experiencias","link":"https:\/\/onekin.eus\/en\/experiences\/euskal-okela-beef-blockchain\/","title":{"rendered":"Euskal Okela beef blockchain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Referring to Euskal Okela, beef certified with the Eusko Label symbol, which complies with all the requirements of origin, wholesomeness and quality defined in the Technical Regulations and Certification Procedures (Points of Sale and Rest of operators) that regulate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meat comes from animals born and raised with special care in the farms of the Basque Country, controlled at all stages of their lives and selected for their quality in authorized slaughterhouses.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure traceability as well as compliance with all the requirements, the entire production process and the operators involved are subjected to a complex control system, called &#8220;Beef Control&#8221;, which Hazi is currently responsible for executing.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project aims to lay the foundations and needs of a blockchain system for the beef value chain of the differentiated quality brand.
