{"id":15925,"date":"2024-05-28T10:11:38","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T08:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onekin.eus\/?post_type=herramientas&#038;p=15925"},"modified":"2025-01-27T09:59:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T08:59:16","slug":"what-is-the-required-procedure","status":"publish","type":"herramientas","link":"https:\/\/onekin.eus\/en\/tools\/what-is-the-required-procedure\/","title":{"rendered":"What is the required procedure?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onekin.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/proceso-tramitacion-onekin-1024x230.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3832\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Authentication<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will use your certificate as identification in the electronic office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>By means of<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completing the corresponding formality in each office and procedure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Signing documents electronically, simple electronic signature<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To sign a document electronically, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the \u00abSign documents\u00bb button at the end of this section. This will bring up a screen on which you can choose the file you want to sign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have selected the file, click on the \u00abGenerate Signature\u00bb button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A screen will appear on which you must select one of the two available signature generators: Digital Certificates or BakQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you select Digital Certificates, your browser will immediately ask you for confirmation in order to bring up the idazki-desktop-protocol.exe application. .\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be able to generate the signature, you must have the Idazki Desktop Protocol application installed on your device. You can download it from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.izenpe.eus\/idazki-sinadura-erremintak\/webize01-cnsoluciones\/eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the website<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your device must meet certain&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/egoitza.gipuzkoa.eus\/eu\/sinadura\/baldintza-teknikoak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">technical requirements<\/a>&nbsp;for the signature application to function properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, select the digital certificate with which you wish to sign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you select&nbsp;BakQ, you will be asked for your BakQ username and password. You must then enter either three BakQ coordinates from your set of coordinates, or a code sent by SMS to your mobile phone. For further information on BakQ, please read the section&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/egoitza.gipuzkoa.eus\/es\/b-kq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00abAdvanced electronic signature (BakQ)\u00bb<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lastly, if the process of generating the simple signature has been successfully completed, a link will appear from which you can download the electronically signed document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sign in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/w390w.gipuzkoa.net\/WAS\/HACI\/WFRServicioFirmaWEB\/firma.do?preCrearFirma&amp;sede=true&amp;idioma=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gipuzkoa<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sign in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euskadi.eus\/firmar-documentos-y-verificar-firma\/web01-sede\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Basque Government<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authentication You will use your certificate as identification in the electronic office.
