Este ecosistema, que aglutina unas 60 empresas, cuenta\ncon una red de activos y servicios de apoyo a la investigaci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y\ndigitalizaci\u00f3n de la cadena de alimentaci\u00f3n de Euskadi; tales como HAZI,\nagente coordinador y catalizador de la iniciativa, NEIKER como centro\ninvestigador de proyectos en el \u00e1mbito agrario, AZTI como agente de grandes\nproyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda alimentaria, y BASQUE\nCULINARY CENTER como principal actor de atracci\u00f3n de talento,\nemprendedores del \u00e1mbito alimentario y veh\u00edculo de internacionalizaci\u00f3n del\necosistema. A su vez, el ecosistema contar\u00e1 con el apoyo de la Red Vasca de\nCiencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n de Euskadi. Estas capacidades permitir\u00e1n\ndesarrollar una estrategia s\u00f3lida y orientada a la <strong>transformaci\u00f3n de la cadena\nde valor en claves de sostenibilidad, salud y seguridad alimentaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><strong>Ecosistema internacional, abierto y colaborativo<\/strong>, con capacidad de atracci\u00f3n de talento y catalizador de
