Understanding the impact of climate change on the EU’s key crops is fundamental to create targeted, evidence-based and inclusive agricultural policies. However, research is often decoupled from these policy needs, and decision-makers may not know the scale of upcoming crop losses and socio-economic impacts. This makes it challenging to prepare effective policies that enhance resilience and climate ambition. Ambitious policy implementation is also made more difficult by research and policy priorities that diverge from the needs of farming communities.Augures! aims to bridge this gap by providing decision-makers with actionable findings on climate impacts. Augures! is committed to ensuring that its findings meet decision-makers’ needs and reflect the priorities of farming communities. This workshop will provide an opportunity for key stakeholders to share their feedback on the research and ensure that future findings meet specific stakeholder needs.
