Conference on Digitalization and Use of Technical-Economic Information Networks in the Sustainability of Agricultural and Livestock Farms

Within the MAPA, several projects are being developed related to digitalisation and the use of information networks in the agricultural sector. These information networks are used both in the design of direct CAP aid and in monitoring the situation of the sectors, and also to analyse the use and advantages of using new technologies or for the exchange of information.Theobjectivesof this day are:• To publicise the information network systems developed by the MAPA, both their origin and their recent evolution and their importance for the agricultural sector and for the administration itself.• To publicise various national and international initiatives in the use of data, as well as the support provided by the administration to promote the digitalisation of the agricultural sector.There will also be an exchange of experiences between farmers and ranchers who use them.The target audienceof the event islivestock breeders, farmers, representatives of agricultural organizations, administration and any entity with an interest in the subject matter of this event.The event will take place onSeptember 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.in a mixed format:In personat the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Auditorium(Paseo de Infanta Isabel, 1, Madrid).
