Objetive

Industrial aid to support new innovative and/or technology-based business projects, industrial and/or related services linked to the industrial product-process, supervised by a “Business Innovation Center” (BIC) of those existing in the Basque Autonomous Community, in the idea maturation and start-up phases of the company in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.

Targeting

Aid for accompaniment by BICs/BEAZ, to the person or promoter team, in the process of maturing the idea and development of the Business Plan, until the start-up. This aid will be considered a non-refundable subsidy.
Aid aimed at SMEs to facilitate the access to the financing of the investments necessary to carry out the business plan and which will be materialized through the reduction of the financial cost for the loan operations which are formalized under the protection of this regulation and according to the Agreement signed with LUZARO for this purpose.

Description

Up to €30,000 to support the maturation of your innovative and/or technology-based business idea in a BIC.

Ekintzaile offers two different lines of support, one for maturing the idea and the other for its start-up:

Line 1_

Maturing your idea

We subsidize the whole process of maturing the idea and the elaboration of the Business Plan, until its subsequent start-up, on a non-refundable basis and with the support of a BIC.

Up to €30,000 non-refundable for:

Business and specific training
Consultancy and external technical assistance expenses
Prospecting studies and documentation
Attendance at trade fairs and commercial prospecting trips.

Line 2

Start-up

Once the Maturing phase is completed, you will be able to finance your project in the best conditions thanks to the agreement we have with Luzaro.

You will receive a subsidy for 20% of the loan granted and the interest accrued during the first two years.

*The grants will be in the form of subsidies to cover the interest accrued in the period between the date of formalization of the loan and the end of the current calendar quarter, as well as the interest generated in each quarter over the following 8 calendar quarters.
