Aid to improve the organisation of the fisheries and aquaculture sector. Production and marketing plans 2025
Support measures for the preparation and implementation of production and marketing plans and grant aid for marketing measures for fisheries and aquaculture products:
a) Preparation and implementation of Production and Marketing Plans which shall include the provisions of Article 28(2) of Regulation 1379/2013.
(b) Expenditure on production and marketing plans, subject to approval by the Directorate for Fisheries and Aquaculture.
c) With regard to the eligible costs of this line, and pursuant to Article 68(1)(b) of Common Provisions Regulation 1303/2013, indirect costs shall be calculated at a flat rate of 15% of the eligible direct personnel costs.

Objetive
a) On the one hand, to call for applications for aid to fisheries and aquaculture producer organisations in the Basque Country, for the common organisation of the market in fishery and aquaculture products.
b) On the other hand, to establish the maximum amounts of funding and the requirements to be met by all fisheries and aquaculture producer organisations in the Basque Country, in order to obtain EMFAF aid for production and marketing plans and for the consolidation and restructuring of professional organisations.

Description
Types of aid:
(a) Grants to fisheries and aquaculture producer organisations, intended for the preparation and implementation of Production and Marketing Plans.
(b) Grants to fisheries and aquaculture producer organisations with their head office in the Basque Country, for consolidation after restructuring.
The amount of this call will be 2,400,000.00 euros in 2024, and 100,000.00 euros in 2025.
The total amount of aid to be granted under this call may not exceed the aforementioned budget appropriation. Therefore, no new aid may be granted once this overall amount has been used up, with the effectiveness of this Order being suspended from that moment onwards.
As a general rule, the intensity of public aid will be 75 % for aid for production and marketing plans and for aid for consolidation.
