AURRERA FINANTZAZIO PROGRAMA

Objetive

Jarduera ekintzaile bat gartzen duten eta 3 urtean gutxienez 3 enplegu sortzeko konpromisoa hartzen duten ETE sortu berriei epe luzeko maileguak emango zaizkie. FEIk 5 milioi eurokorekin hornituko du funtsa eta maileguek ELKARGIren bermea eduki beharko dute.

Targeting

  • Profil berritzailea duten Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko enpresa txikiak eta ertainak, industriaren arloan edo industriarekin lotzen diren zerbitzuen arloan jarduera ekintzailea garatzen dutenak, baita informazioaren eta komunikazioaren gizartearen arloan jarduera ekintzailea egiten duten oinarri teknologikoko eta/edo berritzaileko enpresak ere.

Description

Hitzarmen honetan, Finantzen Euskal Institutuak 5.000.000 euro zuzkitzeko konpromisoa hartu du, onuradunei aktiboetako inbertsioetarako eta zirkulatzailerako maileguak emateko. Honako baldintza hauek bete beharko dira:

  • Zenbateko minimoa: 50.000 euro
  • Zenbateko maximoa: 250.000 euro
  • Interes-tasa: Euribor 12 hil +%1,25
  • Finantzaketa-epea: 7 urte arte
  • Gabezia: 2 urte arte
  • Kuotak: hiru hilekoak, hiruhileko natural bakoitzaren amaieran

Hauek izango dira abalen kostua eta baldintzak:

  • Formalizazio-komisioa: formalizatutako abalaren % 0,50, eta behin soilik.
  • Zenbateko maximoa: 250.000 euro
  • Abalaren komisioa: %1 arte (%0,9 berrikuntzarako, Cersa irizpidearen arabera) eta guztia batera kobratzea (abalaren iraupen osoari dagozkion komisioak formalizatzean)
  • Elkar bermatzeko sozietatearen partaidetzak harpidetzea eta ordaintzea, abalatutako eragiketaren zenbatekoaren % 4ko balioarekin —ezerezte erregularraren unean itzul daitekeena—.
  • Elkar bermatzeko sozietateak ez du inolako komisiorik edo gastu gehigarririk aplikatuko
