Objetive

Support for Collaborative Research, carried out by the Research, Development and Innovation Entities integrated in the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network of the Basque Country, in the areas of specialization framed in the Science, Technology and Innovation Plan Euskadi 2030. It has 3 differentiated lines of support:

Collaborative Fundamental Research Projects: carried out in collaboration by RVCTI agents in the RIS3 priority areas. They can be multiannual and require a minimum total budget of €1,000,000 per project and €50,000 per participating entity/year.
Research Projects with High Industrial Potential: oriented fundamental research or industrial research projects led by Business R&D Units belonging to the RVCTI, with high traction and market reach in the areas of specialization PCTI 2030 in collaboration or not with other agents of the RVCTI. They can be multiannual and require a minimum total budget of €200,000 per project and €50,000 per participating entity/year.
Complementary actions of special interest: intermediation projects between technological supply and demand developed exclusively by the RVCTI Supply-Demand Intermediation Bodies and RVCTI Dissemination Bodies in the areas of specialization PCTI 2030. They may be carried out individually or in cooperation between different organizations and may be of a specific nature.

Scientific-technological agents integrated in the RVCTI and accredited for this purpose.

Description

Eligible projects
The grants will take the form of non-refundable subsidies divided into three types of projects:

Collaborative Fundamental Research Projects
These are innovative projects of strategic character developed by agents of the RVCTI, which allow the expansion of knowledge in the areas of intelligent industry, energy and health.

Total PPTO: 1M € minimum.
PPTO per participant: 50.000 €/year minimum.
8 participants maximum.
3 participants minimum.
Can be multiannual
Research Projects with high Industrial Potential
Fundamental oriented research or industrial research projects led by Business R&D Units belonging to the RVCTI with high traction and market potential.

Total PPTO: at least 200.000 €.
PPTO per participant: minimum 50.000 €/year
Up to 8 participants.
Can be multiannual
Complementary actions of special interest
Intermediation projects between technological supply and demand developed exclusively by the Supply-Demand Intermediation Organizations and the RVCTI Dissemination Organizations such as:

Foresight and surveillance studies
Actions to promote cooperation and advice for R&D&I projects.
R&D&I management and transfer linked to projects.
Internationalization activities linked to fundamental and industrial research projects.
