Gaztenek Program
Objetive
To accompany in a personalized way the ideas/projects in the primary sector in the Basque Country.
Promote, support and accompany the generational replacements, new initiatives and/or open replacements in the primary sector.
Targeting
Any person who wants to start professionally in the agricultural, livestock or forestry sector in the Basque Country.
Description
The GAZTENEK program is a free support program for any agricultural initiative (whether it is a generational replacement, an open replacement or a new agricultural enterprise) that is set up in the Basque Country.
It is a program promoted by the Basque Government (Hazi Fundazioa) and the three Provincial Councils: Araba, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia.
It is a personalized program for each person/initiative that consists of: an integral support to the people and their projects: at a technical, agronomic and economic level.
Each Provincial Council also activates a series of economic aids to promote the installation of young people in the agricultural sector as well as for the modernization of farms.

- Other agents: ADR, Mendinet, Management Centers, etc.
