HANDITU Programa

Objetive

Nekazaritzako, abeltzaintzako eta basogintzako produktuak eraldatzeko eta merkaturatzeko inbertsiohandietarako laguntzak. Urterokoak edo hainbat urtetarako izan daitezkeen inbertsioen programa batera egokituko dira laguntzak, aurkezten diren proiektuak burutzeko denboraren arabera eta ordainketak egitendiren unearen arabera.

Description

HANDITU programak zenbait laguntza-ildo jasotzen ditu:

  1. Lehengaiak EBFTren I. eranskinean jasota dituzten elikagaiak eraldatzeko eta merkaturatzeko inbertsiohandietarako laguntzak.
  2. Basogintzako produktuak eraldatzeko eta merkaturatzeko inbertsio handietarako laguntzak.
  3. Honako jatorri hauetako elikagaiak eraldatzeko eta merkaturatzeko inbertsio handietarako laguntzak: nekazaritzako, arrantzako, akuikulturako produktuen, ur mineral naturalen, edari ez-alkoholikoen edonekazaritzako produktuetatik abiatuta hartzitutako edarien (ardoa izan ezik) konbinazioa.

Hautatu daitezkeen inbertsioen ehuneko baten gaineko dirulaguntza zuzen baten bidez emandako laguntza. Dirulaguntza jaso dezakeen inbertsioaren zenbatekoaren %40ko gehieneko ehunekora mugatua dago:

a) Ondasun higiezinak eraikitzea, erostea edo hobetzea;

b) Makineria eta ekipo berriak erostea edo finantza alorrean akuratzea, nahitaezko erosketa-aukera batez, produktuak merkatuan duen balioraino;

c) a) eta b) atalei lotutako kostu orokorrak (profesionalen ordainsariak, aholkularitza, bideragarritasun-azterketak);

d) Informatikako programak erostea edo garatzea, patenteak eta lizentziak erostea.
