Objetive
Besteren konturako langabeen kontratazioei laguntzea, bai beren jarduera dibertsifikatzen duten ustiategietan, bai mikroenpresetan, enpresa txikietan eta ertainetan, bai eta pertsona bat kontratatzen duten langile autonomoen kasuan ere, LEADER eremuetan lanpostu berriak sortzeko helburuarekin, landa-biztanleriari eusten edo biztanleria ugaltzen laguntzeko.
Targeting
- Beren jarduera dibertsifikatzen duten nekazariak edo ustiategiko kideak.
- Nekazaritzakoak ez diren mikroenpresak, enpresa txikiak eta ertainak.
- Pertsona fisikoak.

Dirulaguntza hau ezin da itzuli.
«Enplegua sortzea» da establezimenduko lanpostu-kopuruaren igoera garbia, aurreko urteko batez bestekoarekin alderatuta. Beraz, kontuan hartutako aldian sortutako lanpostuen itxurazko kopuruari aldi horretan bertan ezabatutako lanpostuak kendu beharko zaizkio.
Hauek dira diruz lagun daitezkeen kostuak: lanpostu bat sortzeagatik ematen den laguntza.
Gehieneko laguntza: 4.500 € – 7.500 € artean, baina %15 igo ahal izango da, eskatzailea ATP emakume nekazaria, titularra edo titularkidea, edo pertsona juridikoa baldin bada, eta bazkideen %50, gutxienez, emakume titularrak edo titularkideak badira, eta kapital sozialaren %50, gutxienez, emakume horiena bada.
