Generate knowledge revolving around the culinary sector, with several objectives: to transform knowledge into wealth, drive innovation at companies and actively participate in support for creation of new companies, guaranteeing the sector’s future.

Description
BCC Innovation is the Basque Culinary Centre’s Inter-Disciplinary Research and Innovation Centre. Its mission is to develop the innovation potential held by gastronomy and catering.
It is accredited by the Basque Network of Science and Technology as a Sectorial Technological Centre.
It conducts applied research and innovation projects and promotes new businesses and entrepreneurship in the culinary and catering industry. At the same time, it transfers the scientific and technological results of these projects to society in general and the industry in particular, generating socioeconomic value.
