- Proiektua erakunde zientifiko edo tekniko aitortuek garatu behar dute.
- Proiektuekin batera jarraipen zientifikoa egin beharko da, emaitza esanguratsuak lortzeko, eta emaitza horiei buruzko txosten teknikoak egin beharko dira, jendeak eskuragarri izan ditzan.
- Arrantza-aparailu edo -teknika berriak probatuz helburu zientifikoko arrantzatzat hartzen ez diren operazioak esleitutako arrantza-aukeren mugen barruan egingo dira.
