Objetive

Arrantzak itsas ingurunean duen inpaktua eta harrapari babestuen inpaktua murriztea, bazterkinak eta harrapaketa osagarriak pixkanaka desagerrarazten laguntzea, eta itsasoko baliabide biologiko bizien ustiapen iraunkorra lortzea, ahalik eta errendimendu iraunkor handiena lortu ahal izateko.

  • Eragiketa horien emaitzak baliozkotuko dituzten erakunde zientifiko edo tekniko aitortuak, edo haiekin lankidetzan aritutako erauzketa-sektoreko operadore bat.

Description

Diruz lagundu daitezkeen inbertsioak honako hauek izango dira: arrantza-jarduerek ingurumenean dituzten ondorioak murrizten dituzten metodoak, ezagutza teknikoak edo antolakuntzakoak garatzea eta sartzea helburu dutenak, bereziki arrantza-teknika hobetuen eta aparailuen selektibitatearen bidez, edo itsasoko baliabide biologikoen erabilera iraunkorragoa eta harrapari babestuekin batera bizitzea lortzea helburu dutenak, baldintza hauekin:

  • Proiektua erakunde zientifiko edo tekniko aitortuek garatu behar dute.
  • Proiektuekin batera jarraipen zientifikoa egin beharko da, emaitza esanguratsuak lortzeko, eta emaitza horiei buruzko txosten teknikoak egin beharko dira, jendeak eskuragarri izan ditzan.
  • Arrantza-aparailu edo -teknika berriak probatuz helburu zientifikoko arrantzatzat hartzen ez diren operazioak esleitutako arrantza-aukeren mugen barruan egingo dira.
