- Animalien osasun eta ongizatearekin lotutako hobekuntzak eta modernizazioa.
- kuikulturako produktuen kalitatea hobetzea.
- Lehendik dauden putzuak edo akuikultura-urmaelak leheneratzea, lohia kenduz edo lokatz-metaketak prebenitzeko inbertsioak eginez.
