With the aim of obtaining a more sustainable food production, we help companies to increase the efficiency and productivity of the entire value chain through quality control, traceability and homogenisation of the product by means of digitalisation and transformation 4.0 of the food industry.
SERVICES:
In this context, we have developed the AONIR platform, which consists of two main components, on the one hand, optical sensors based on near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) and an IoT platform for storage, visualisation and generation of alarms and reports related to the quality of food products.
AONIR sensors will be able to provide in-line and in real-time the most characteristic parameters of food products, such as percentages of fat, protein, moisture, lactose, etc. These sensors are able to work both with contact, installed in pipes, tanks or hoppers, and without contact, in conveyor belts. It is also important to mention that they are valid for characterising different types of products, such as liquids, powders, solids and masses, among others.
Moreover, we have started the development of the portable version of AONIR, which will allow at-line quality control and traceability.
To ensure the integrity of the data the platform provides, we are investigating the integration of Blockchain technology.
