II Simposio EcoWine: Vino ecológico, el futuro del sector

El simposioECOWINE, organizado porNEIKER(Instituto Vasco de Investigación y Desarrollo Agrario), en colaboración con laSociedad Española de Agricultura Ecológica(SEAE) y elConsejo de Agricultura y Alimentación Ecológica de Euskadi(EKOLURRA), tiene como objetivo involucrar a profesionales, investigadores, técnicos y estudiantes, tanto nacionales como internacionales, relacionados con la viña y el vino ecológicos.El objetivo de este simposio es compartir y debatir los avances técnicos sobre el cultivo ecológico del viñedo y su función como mitigador del cambio climático por considerarse sumidero de carbono, acercar al sector la importancia de los servicios ecosistémicos, vincular la producción ecológica con la calidad del vino, el desarrollo y la cultura locales, y por último, acercar y orientar al sector productor hacia la producción ecológica.
