BIND seeks SMEs to boost their digital transformation

The BIND SME initiative launches its fourth call for SMEs in the Basque Country interested in accelerating and streamlining their digital transformation, competitiveness and boosting their innovation capabilities to lead their industry.

In the BIND for SMEs initiative, companies present their digitisation challenges, which are answered through collaboration with disruptive startups. Among the benefits, companies
companies gain:

– Tailor-made solutions for their digital transition.
– New internal innovation capabilities and improved competitiveness.
– Leadership capabilities in the sector.
– Belonging to the largest open innovation ecosystem in Europe.

This initiative for SMEs is part of BIND, the largest open innovation platform in Europe, created by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment through the SPRI Group and its Up!Euskadi platform. Since 2016, the platform has successfully connected startups, companies and public companies with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of its business fabric.

The 4th edition now launches its call for SMEs, which will remain open until 28 June. In September, participants will present their digitisation challenges, to which they will provide a tailored response with innovative startups.
