What is it?

The Department of Industry, Energy Transition and Sustainability of the Basque Government opens through SPRI the fifth call of its BIND SME initiative aimed at Basque SMEs to boost the competitiveness of their business in collaboration with disruptive startups from around the world. The registration period will remain open until 4 July.

To learn more about this initiative, SPRI has organised this one-hour online conference in which specific cases of collaboration between SMEs and startups and the benefits they have obtained will be presented.

With this initiative, the selected SMEs will be able to access talent and innovative and disruptive technologies offered by startups and thus find solutions tailored to their needs.

Once the SMEs in this call have been selected, in October the call for startups will be opened so that they can offer their proposals to the needs posed by the SMEs. The aim is that the collaborations will start to be developed in February 2026.

All SMEs in the Basque Country that are looking to:

boost the competitiveness of their business in collaboration with disruptive startups from all over the world.

access to talent and innovative and disruptive technologies offered by startups and thus find solutions tailored to their needs.
