This is a specialized and free support service for SMEs concerned about how to successfully address the generational changeover in their workforces or, more specifically, in certain critical positions for their business, so that knowledge is transferred properly and remains in the company.
The Basque business fabric is facing an imminent generational replacement and needs tools to help it face the challenge of aging in its teams, without this transition linked to the replacement entailing a loss of competitiveness.
Through this pilot initiative, promoted by Lanbide in collaboration with the Basque Innovation Agency – Innobasque, we seek to facilitate a process that helps SMEs to anticipate, plan and manage the life cycle of their workforce.
