- Collaboration between Elika Fundazioa and the startup Recircular, which economically valorizes food surpluses.
- It is a digital platform powered by Artificial Intelligence, which connects those who generate food surplus with those who revalue it.
- Arantza Madariaga: “It is an example of how to strengthen public services, improving them, to build and prepare our future and grow in welfare and as a country”.
