Culinary action BCC

Objetive

Specialised acceleration programme throughout the entire food and gastronomy chain of value. The main objective is to create value on the food and gastronomy market through networking spaces between start-ups, investors and collaborating companies.

Targeting

  • Start-ups.

Description

Acceleration programme (2 months) to be conducted at BCC (San Sebastián/Donostia), for 8-10 start-ups/year (open global contest).

Targeting: a) Foodtech, Agrofood and Restech Sector Start-ups, b) Product and Digital Start-ups, c) Start-ups in initial phases: PMV and initial client metrics, d) Start-ups who solve a real market problem.

Requires that: a) The project has passed the "idea" phase and is under development (minimum feasible product), c) The company has been founded, or is during the programme, c) Team formed by eat least 2 people, d) The BCC programme is conducted in person and, e) National and international focus.

The objectives are:

  • Validation of the business model.
  • Minimum feasible product.
  • First sales on the market.
