Objetive

Acceleration programme for agro-food-gastrotech scopesthe Basque Country.

Targeting

Entrepreneur individuals, start-ups in initial phase and mainly European companies (although the contest is open to companies around the world).

Description

Acceleration programme (4+2 months) to be conducted between 2019 and 2025 in Bilbao, with Masschallenge, for 10 start-ups/year (open global contest).

Phases:

  • Promotion abroad and attracting entrepreneurs, start-ups and companies.
  • Training (scholarships, exchange programmes, masters, etc.), support for generating new projects (in collaboration between entrepreneurs, multi-nationals, etc.) and incubation.
  • Acceleration and consolidation: a) Acceleration programme, b) Access to investment (specialised funds from the EIT Food network and business capital (from network companies), and c) Network (access to technological capacities, knowledge, market, etc., through network members, as support for acceleration and growth of start-ups.
