Objetive
Nekazaritza-sektorean lehen aldiz instalatzen diren nekazari gazteak egoki koka daitezela erraztea, sektore horren barruan prestakuntza profesional egokia duten pertsona gazteak barneratuz, belaunaldi-ordezkapena ahalbidetuz eta, era horretan, sektorearen profesionalizazioa bultzatuz.
Targeting
- Nekazaritza-sektorean lehen aldiz instalatzen diren nekazari gazteak. Gaztetzat hartuko dira 18 urte bete dituzten baina oraindik 41 urtetara iritsi ez diren pertsonak.

Ebazpena ematen denetik kontatzen hasi eta gehienez ere bost urteko epean bi alditan ordaindu beharreko hobari bakar gisa emango da dirulaguntza.
Enpresa Planean aurreikusitako gastu eta inbertsio batzuk abiapuntutzat hartuta ezartzen da zenbatekoa, instalatuko den pertsona mota, ekoizpen-eredua, aldez aurretik sektorearekin duen lotura eta bazkidetza erako proiektu bat den kontuan izanik. Gehieneko zenbatekoa 70.000 €-koa izango da onuradun bakoitzeko, eta gutxieneko dirulaguntza 20.000 €-tik gorakoa.
Beharrezkoa: a) 18 eta 40 urte bitartean izatea, b) Gaztenek prozeduran aurreikusitako baldintzen arabera instalatzeko prozesua onartzea: c) Enpresa-plan bat aurkeztea (5. urtea baino lehen laneko 1 UTA erdiestea, ATP izatea eta pertsona gazte bakoitzeko 9.600 €-ko gutxieneko marjina erdiestea; d) Gaitasun eta konpetentzia profesional egokiak edukitzea (36 hilabeteko barkamen-epea); e) Ustiategia mantentzeko 5 urteko gutxieneko konpromiso-epea; f) 9 hilabetean enpresa-plana abian jartzea eta nekazari aktiboaren definizioa betetzea.
