Grant programme for projects under the Local Participatory Development Strategy, under FEMP 2014-2020

Objetive

Grants for projects executed under the local participatory development strategies (EDLP) approved by the Department for Economic Development and Competitiveness for the Local Action Group Itsas Garapen Elkartea (GALP). These grants target, but are not limited to:

  • a) Production investments.
  • b) Job creation.

Targeting

  • a) Legal or natural persons or any type of economic unit or separated capital, even without legal personality. They must be micro-enterprises or SMEs.

Description

Non-refundable subsidies.

  • For diversification projects in the fishing sector, the maximum aid goes up to 50% of eligible expenses, and in other cases 40%. For operations related to artisanal coastal fishing, up to 80%. If operations executed by production organisations, associations of production or inter-professional organisations, up to 75%. In some cases, it can rise to 100%.
  • The grant may oscillate between 2,000 and 6,000€ for jobs created.
