Objetive
Support projects that address the implementation of TEICs or diagnostics for the evaluation and selection of TEICs for the automation and monitoring of production and quality processes, automation of technical and administrative processes, project management, data analysis through Business Intelligence, warehouse management systems, energy efficiency, e-commerce, customer management and implementation of long-term data preservation services in SMEs.

All types of companies.
Description
A complementary measure to the INPLANTALARIAK program, through which subsidies are granted, which may vary depending on the size of the company, for the costs of consulting, engineering, and hardware and software acquisition to promote teleworking in Basque SMEs.
The program offers:
Support to complement the consultancy received in Inplantalariak.
Subsidy from 25% to 50% of the expenses incurred to implement teleworking.
Teams of advisors for consulting, engineering and acquisition of hardware and software.
Diagnostic projects or implementation of TEICS such as:
Industrial automation and monitoring.
Sensorics, SCADA, servitization, process automation, BIGDATA and blockchain.
Virtual reality
Virtual, augmented and mixed reality and artificial vision.
Digital twins
Simulation of complex industrial processes combining physical and virtual capabilities.
Custody of electronic documents
Long-term data preservation services.
In accordance with the TS 119 511 (2019/06) and TS 119 512 (2020/01) standards of the European eIDAS regulation2.
Energy management
Digital tools to improve energy efficiency management and decarbonization.
Warehouse management
Warehouse management systems (WMS/WMS) for efficient inventory and supply chain management.
E-commerce
E-procurement, e-sales and B2B or B2C projects that are integrated with ERP.
Production, analysis and decision making
Projects that improve or automate production and facilitate analysis and decision making.
Business Intelligence
Implementation of Business Intelligence Report Visualization Systems and the necessary work to integrate these systems with the different data sources.
