Objetive

Itsasoko biodibertsitatea eta ekosistemak babestea eta leheneratzea, arrantza-sektoreari mesede egiteko, habitatak kontserbatzeko eta mantentzeko neurrien bidez. Barnean hartzen ditu gune babestuen kudeaketa eta jarraipena, itsas arrantzarako erreserba berrien eta gune babestuen identifikazioa eta adierazpena, eta sentsibilizazio- eta ikusgarritasun-neurriak.

Description

Hauek dira diruz lagundu daitezkeen inbertsioak:

  • Itsasoko fauna eta flora babestu eta garatzeko instalazio finko edo mugikorrak eraiki, muntatu edo modernizatzea, horien elaborazio zientifikoa eta ebaluazioa barne.
  • tsasoko baliabide biologikoak hobeto kudeatzen edo kontserbatzen laguntzea.
  • Natura 2000ko parajeei, 2008/56/CE Zuzentarauan aipatzen diren babes bereziko eremuei eta beste habitat berezi batzuei eragiten dieten arrantzarekin zerikusia duten jardueretarako azterlanak, idazketa, jarraipena eta eguneraketa eta kudeaketa-planak egitea.
  • tsas eremu babestuak kudeatzea, leheneratzea eta haien jarraipena egitea, 2008/56/EE Zuzentarauaren 13.4 artikuluan aurreikusitako babes bereziko neurriak aplikatzeko
  • Ingurumen-sentsibilitatea handitzea, arrantzaleen parte-hartzearekin, itsasoko biodibertsitatea babesteari eta leheneratzeari dagokionez.
  • Biodibertsitatea eta zerbitzu ekosistemikoak mantentzeko eta indartzeko beste jarduera batzuetan parte hartzea.
