Objetive

LEADER eremuko biztanleei eta etorkizunean beste eremu batzuetatik etorriko diren biztanleei etxebizitza eskuratzen laguntzea. Hauek dira diruz lagundu daitezkeen jarduketak:

  • Etxebizitza berria: Sustapen kolektibo bidezko urbanizazioa eta eraikuntza (bi etxebizitza edo gehiago), bai eta banakako etxebizitza ere, ATP diren pertsonentzat.
  • Etxebizitza birgaitzea, baldin eta egiturazko obra handia egitea badakar. Berariaz baztertzen dira teilatua soilik aldatzea dakarten proiektuak. Birgaitzeak etxea erabat eraistea badakar, eraikuntza berritzat joko da.

Targeting

Hauek dira diruz lagundu daitezkeen kostuak: proiektuak eta obra-zuzendaritza (gehie. %10); urbanizazio-obrak gauzatzea; eraikuntza-obrak (etxebizitza berria) edo birgaitze-obrak (etxebizitzak birgaitzea) gauzatzea; eta lan propioak (nekazarien artean, gehienez ere diruz lagundu daitekeen aurrekontuaren %20).

Gehieneko laguntza: %80, ekimena erakunde publiko batena bada; eta %35, erakunde pribatu batena bada.
