Leader Programa – Herrietako azpiegitura, oinarrizko zerbitzu eta berrikuntzetarako inbertsioetarako laguntzak

Objetive

Azpiegitura txikiak sortzeko, hobetzeko edo handitzeko inbertsioak sustatzea, jarduera hauen barruan:

  • Energia berriztagarriak, energia-aurrezpena, biomasa eta district heating.
  • Oinarrizko zerbitzuak: ura, saneamendua, elektrifikazioa eta gasifikazioa. Diruz lagundu ahal izateko, ezinbestekoa da ur- eta saneamendu-azpiegiturak berriak izatea.
  • Enpresa-ekimenak gauzatzen dituzten industrialde txikiak eta lokalak gaitzea.
  • Turismoari lotutako eskala txikiko azpiegiturak.
  • Zerbitzuetarako eraikinak eta lokalak.
  • Herritar-nukleoak egokitzea: urbanizazioak, euri-urak, plazak, zerbitzua eskaintzen duten eraikinetarako sarbidea, aparkalekuak, parkeak eta lorategiak, haurren parkeak, argiztapena, hiri-altzariak, markesinak…

Dirulaguntza hau ezin da itzuli.

Hauek dira diruz lagun daitezkeen kostuak:

  • ondasun higiezinak erostea.
  • urbanizazio-obrak gauzatzea.
  • eraikuntza-obrak gauzatzea.
  • zaharberritze- eta birgaitze-obrak gauzatzea.
  • beste azpiegitura batzuk.
  • urreko lau ataletan jasotako gastuei lotutako kostu orokorrak, gehienez ere diruz lagundu daitekeen kostuaren %10era arte
  • lanabesak.
  • altzariak.
  • informatika- eta komunikazio-ekipoak.
  • webguneen garapena.
  • inbertsioari lotutako azterlanak (gehienez ere diruz lagundu daitekeen kostuaren %10era arte).
  • BEZa ezin da berreskuratu.

Diruz lagundu daitekeen gutxieneko inbertsioa 6.000€ €-koa izango da.

Zenbatekoa: diruz lagundu daitezkeen kostuen %40 eta %80 bitartean (minimis erregelamendua); gehie. 200.000 €.
