Hautatu daitezkeen inbertsioen ehuneko baten gaineko dirulaguntza zuzenaren bidez. Dirulaguntza jaso dezakeen inbertsio-zenbatekoaren %60ko gehieneko laguntza-ehunekora mugatua dago
Onuradun mota, ustiategi mota eta inbertsio mota kontuan izanik ezartzen diren irizpide batzuetan oinarrituta ezartzen da zenbatekoa.
1305/2013 Erregelamenduko (EB) 45. artikuluan aurreikusitako kostuek jaso ahal izango dute dirulaguntza (aipatzekoak dira, besteak beste: eraikuntzak, makineria eta ekipoen erosketa, ekipo informatikoen eskuraketa eta abar). Lehen instalazioetan bigarren eskuko ekipoen erosketarako laguntzak eman ahal izango dira, baldintzen arabera.
