Legal entities to finance the incorporation of people that allow the formation of teams of entrepreneurial talent in the different areas of development of the company, as well as those expenses and investments that allow the materialization of the Business Plan, the preparation of which was supervised by a Business Innovation Center (BIC) and which was supported by the Ekintzaile Program.
Support of up to €100,000 to Basque startups with the highest expectations of development and high impact or technological disruption.
Non-repayable grants to support the necessary expenses to accelerate the rapid growth of small companies with high growth potential, known as gazelles or unicorns.

Ekintzaile + endowed with €1M is a continuation of the Ekintzaile program. A new line of aid that supports projects with higher development expectations, high impact projects or technological disruption, and that finances expenses related to the company’s own operations, highlighting the costs associated with the incorporation of talent.
Through the Ekintzaile + aid program, key expenses are financed to carry out the Business Plan: hiring talented people, external technical advice, rents, industrial property and promotion of the project.
This is a non-refundable grant of up to 70% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of €100,000 per project.
