What have been your biggest challenges over the past few months, and how have you overcome them?
Find SUPPLIERS, work to align supply with demand, and provide the best possible service.
What new projects are you working on?
We just got started (15 days ago) and were coming off another RESTORATION project.
BurgeLUR: We’re pouring all our energy and effort into this new project. This is what we’ll be focusing on in the short term: listening to our CLIENTS, adapting to their needs, and responding to any new requirements that arise.
Our goal is to generate financial profits while also serving the RURAL community.
How do you envision the company in 10 years? (product line, markets, employees, etc.)
In addition to the products, we carry out promotional initiatives with producers, customers, and other external stakeholders, etc.
How has the Basque public sector helped you?
The HAZI Foundation, Kabia, has been a great help to us, introducing us to other projects and keeping us motivated and on track.
They offered us the GEROA service, and we felt very supported as we prepared our BUSINESS PLAN and applied for Leader grants.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
Keep your hopes alive, be patient, and work hard—and then work even harder.
