Objetive
Akuikultura-ustiategien errendimendu globala eta lehiakortasuna hobetzea eta haien funtzionamenduaren ingurumen-inpaktu negatiboa murriztea, honako hauetarako:
- Kudeaketa-, ordezkapen- eta aholkularitza-zerbitzuak sortzea akuikultura-ustiategietarako.
- Akuikultura-ustiategiei aholkularitza teknikoa, zientifikoa, juridikoa, ingurumenekoa edo ekonomikoa emateko zerbitzuak lortzea.
Targeting
- Laguntza hauen onuradun izan ahalko dira akuikultura-ustiategiak kudeatzeko, ordezkatzeko eta aholkatzeko zerbitzuak sortzen dituzten zuzenbide publikoko erakundeak, eta lehendik dauden enpresa txiki eta ertainak edo akuikultura-erakundeak, ekoizle-erakundeak eta akuikultura-ekoizleen erakundeen elkarteak barne.
Description
Laguntzaren intentsitatea aplikatu beharreko irizpide objektiboen arabera ezarriko da, eta irizpide horien haztapena jarraian adierazitakoa izango da:
