Arrantzak itsas ingurunean duen eragina murriztea, bazterkinak pixkanaka desagerrarazten laguntzea eta itsasoko baliabide biologikoen ustiapen iraunkorrerako trantsizioa erraztea, gehieneko errendimendu iraunkorra lortu ahal izateko, 1380/2013 Errege Dekretuaren 2.2 artikuluaren arabera.
Targeting
- Arrantza-ontzien jabeak, ordezkatuko diren aparailuen jabeak eta arrantzaleen erakundeak. Ondasun-erkidegoak barne. Ontziek gutxienez 60 eguneko arrantza-jarduera eginda eduki beharko dute eskaera aurkeztu aurreko 2 urte zibiletan.
Description
Inbertsio hauek lagundu ahal izango dira diruz:
- Arrantza-aparailuen zurtoin edo espezieen araberako selektibitatea handitzen duten ekipoak.
- Ontzian edo ekipoetan, bazterkinak ezabatzeko (merkataritza-populazioetako nahi ez diren harrapaketak saihestuz eta murriztuz), edo 1380/2013 Erregelamenduaren 15. artikuluaren arabera nahi ez diren eta lehorreratu beharreko harrapaketak tratatzeko.
- Arrantza-jarduerek ekosisteman edo itsas hondoan eragindako ondorio fisikoak eta biologikoak mugatzen eta, ahal bada, desagerrarazten dituzten ekipoak.
- 92/43/EEE Zuzentarauak edo 2009/147/EE Zuzentarauak babestutako ugaztunen eta hegaztientzako arrantza-aparailuak eta harrapaketak babesteko ekipamenduak, baldin eta arrantza-aparailuen selektibitatea mugatzen ez bada eta harraparien kalte fisikoa saihesteko neurri guztiak aplikatzen badira.
Laguntza bakarra emango da ekipo bererako eta itsasontzi bererako, FEMPen programazio-aldi osoan.
