Objetive
Zuzeneko ordainketak, 2013ko abenduaren 17ko Parlamentuaren eta Kontseiluaren 1307/2013 zk. Araudiaren arabera nekazariak zuzenean ordaintzen dituenak dira. Zuzeneko ordainketa horiei esker, besteak beste, NPBaren helburu nagusietako bat erdietsi daiteke, hots, Europar Batasuneko nekazarien errentak mantentzearena, gainerako sektore ekonomikoen pareko bizi-maila bat mantendu ahal izateko.
Targeting
- Nekazari aktiboaren betebeharrak betetzen dituzten nekazari eta abeltzainak, dagokion erregistroan inskribatutako nekazaritza edo abeltzaintzako ustiategi baten titular izanik.
Description
Zuzeneko ordainketak errentaren oinarrizko laguntza modura ematen zaizkie nekazariei, ustiatutako hektarea kopuruaren arabera.
Oinarrizko ordainketa izeneko hau, helburu edo nekazari mota berezi batzuei begira antolatutako beste laguntza-erregimen batzuen bidez osatzen da:
- Zuzeneko ordainketa “berdeak” klima eta ingurumenarentzat onuragarri diren nekazaritza-jardueretarako.
- Nekazari gazteei egindako ordainketak.
- Nekazari txikientzako erregimena (erregimen erraztua) .
- Ekoizpenari atxikitako borondatezko laguntza zailtasunak dituzten sektore batzuei laguntzeko.
Grant type
Laguntza hektarea bakoitzeko, abeltzaintza-ustiategi batzuei atxikitako borondatezko laguntza izan ezik, ordainketa abelburuko egiten baita.
