PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COMPETENCIES PROGRAM (IKANOS) SPRI
Objetive
To promote the implementation of the IKANOS System of “Professional Digital Competences” in the companies of the Basque Autonomous Community, in order to improve the competitiveness of the company and the professional development of people. IKANOS is a Basque Government initiative based on the European Commission’s DigComp conceptual framework.
The program provides specialized, individualized and free advice on diagnosis, evaluation and proposal for the improvement of the digital competences of the people in their workforces, allowing them to progress in their digital professional profiles.
Targeting
Individuals and legal entities that carry out business activities, regardless of the size of the company and sector. They must have an activity center in the Basque Autonomous Community, where they will carry out the eligible activity.
Description
The IKANOS system is a continuous improvement methodology based on the DIGCOMP Competencies defined by the European Commission, which works on 6 different axes in order to have a global vision of the situation. This system makes it possible to define a personalized diagnosis and improvement plan, based on the professional profile of the people who make up the organization and the productive needs of the company itself. In this way, the aim is to provide the company with the necessary tools and knowledge to enable people to advance personally and professionally, so as to increase their work productivity and the company’s competitiveness.
