SPRI CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM FOR BASQUE COMPANIES

Objetive

Aid for the extension of ultrafast broadband networks to those companies in the CAE that do not have the possibility of contracting this type of service, due to the non-existence of telecommunications infrastructures of electronic communications operators in the industrial parks or geographical areas where they are located.

Targeting

Companies, regardless of their size, as well as communities of owners subject to the Horizontal Property regime, established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as in the correlative articles of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, will be eligible for the aid contemplated in this Program.

Description

Up to €100,000 to develop projects to increase business connectivity and competitiveness through the installation of high-speed networks and connections.
The main objective of the Basque Business Connectivity program is to facilitate investments in the installation of high-speed internal networks, as well as to extend the ultrafast broadband connection to Basque companies in any sector.

With the launching of this non-refundable aid program, we want to provide companies with the necessary resources to accelerate their technological transformation and improve their competitiveness by increasing their information transmission capacity.

The development of projects related to Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Advanced Analytics, Connected Robotics, Machine Vision or Sensorics requires more connectivity, storage and data processing every day.

High-quality connectivity allows companies to develop their activity efficiently and competitively. It helps them to optimize their processes, improve communication with customers and suppliers, and take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization in terms of innovation and growth.

We offer you two lines of aid with different purposes and amounts:

Line 1_

Installation of High Speed Private Networks (1Gbps)
Aid for the installation of high-speed electronic communications networks, capable of providing services at speeds of 1 Gbps, low latency and with the possibility of connecting a high number of equipment and devices.

Up to 80% of the expenses, with a limit of 100,000 euros for SMEs with business activity centers located in the Basque Country.

Line 2_.

Connection to Ultra-Fast Broadband Networks
Aid for the extension of ultrafast broadband networks to those companies located in the Basque Country that do not have the possibility of contracting this type of service, due to the inexistence of telecommunications infrastructures of the electronic communications operators in the industrial estates or geographical areas where they are located.

Up to 90% of the expenses, with a limit of €30,000 for companies of any size.
