AZ3 Oeno is a company that was created over 20 years ago with the challenge of giving an innovative boost to oenology, assisting clients in the design of their wines, offering services, products and tools adapted to their needs.

SERVICES:

The activity of AZ3 revolves around five business areas covering the product, service and solution offered from A to Z throughout the wine value chain.

CONSULTING for building a good wine. Supporting the oenologist and the commercial department to define and achieve a product adapted to their requirements and to the most demanding markets. Consulting services such as management in industrial ageing, control of critical control points for Brettanomyces and potential sources of contaminants in wineries, and oxygen management, among other aspects.

OENOLOGICAL PRODUCTS selected for innovative, profitable, respectful and sustainable oenology.

MACHINERY from an exclusive selection of suppliers. Solutions with high technological and qualitative value which cover the whole wine production process.

OAK. We distribute barrels, vats and casks from different French cooperages, as well as oak alternative products. We assist in the distribution of these elements with appropriate consulting to help the oenologist achieve the target wine profile of their winery.

AGRI-OENOLOGY. With specialised laboratories and manufacturers of soil conditioners and organic fertilisers, nutrition and stimulation programmes are designed and created for vineyards.

Positivity and proactivity toward learning, changes, non-conformity and new challenges have made up our values since we began.

One of our pillars is innovation. Since it began, AZ3 has always committed to this, introducing techniques, tools, concepts etc. in the Iberian Peninsula, such as micro-oxygenation, use of alternatives, synthetic stoppers, heat treatment of wine (thermovinification) and controlled oxygenation, among other factors. We begin developing the innovation along with our suppliers who are keen to innovate. A few years ago, we took on the challenge of making the innovation at AZ3, extending the innovative culture to the most important assets of the company: its people. Today, we continue to develop projects for contributing real and tangible value which can be materialised in good winemaking, working in parallel on dynamics (internal and with clients) for defining new seeds of innovation.
