Objetive

Nekazaritza-ingurumeneko neurrien helburua, hain zuzen ere, nahitaezko betebeharretatik haratago hartutako konpromisoen ondorioz izandako kostu gehigarriak eta sarrera-murrizpenak estaltzea da.

Neurri ekologikoen helburua ekoizpen ekologikoko jarduera eta metodoetara aldatu daitezela edo jarduera eta metodo horiek mantendu ditzatela sustatzea da.

Muga naturalak edo beste muga berezi batzuk dituzten eskualdeei egiten zaizkien ordainketen helburua eskualde horietan nekazaritza-ekoizpenak berekin dituen mugetatik eratortzen diren kostu gehigarriak eta sarrera-murrizpenak konpentsatzea da.

Description

Nekazaritza-ingurumeneko laguntzen barruan azpi-neurri desberdinak daude:

  • Ekoizpen integratua.
  • Higadura genetikoak mehatxatutako Euskadiko sagardotarako sagarrondoen tokiko barietateak kontserbatzea
  • Tokiko animalia-arrazak kontserbatzea.
  • Biodibertsitatea hobetzeko erlezaintza.
  • Mendiko larreen hornidurarako kudeaketa.
  • Mahasti zaharren eta olibadien paisaia bereziei bere horretan eustea.
  • Nekazaritza-ekoizpeneko teknika iraunkorrak erabiliz laborantza estentsiboak dibertsifikatzea.

Ekoizpen ekologikoa sustatzeko neurrien artean hauek daude:

  • Nekazaritza ekologikora bihurtzea.
  • Nekazaritza ekologikora bihurtzea.

Muga naturalak edo beste muga berezi batzuk dituzten eskualdeei egiten zaizkien ordainketen artean, hauek bereizi behar dira:

  • Mendiko guneentzako ordainketa konpentsatzaileak.
  • Muga natural esanguratsuak dituzten beste eskualde batzuentzako ordainketa konpentsatzaileak.
