Farmers face many occupational health and safety risks that can become major stressors and affect their well-being and mental health.It is crucial to develop psychosocial interventions tailored specifically for farmers and farm workers that can significantly improve the well-being of those in the agricultural sector, ensuring they receive the support they need to manage stress and maintain their mental health.During the SafeHabitus webinar on occupational stress in farming, we will look at the stressors encountered by farmers and farm workers, and the specific psychosocial interventions needed to improve their well-being and mental health.
